The Partipilo Custom Decks process is a stress-free approach to designing and building your dream new deck, paver patio or outdoor living project. Our goal is to give clients our undivided attention, focusing on effective communication from the very first meeting throughout the completion of your project and beyond. When you work with Partipilo Custom Decks, a dedicated team of experts is assigned to your specific project from start to finish.

INITIAL CONTACT
Our initial contact begins with a phone call, email or remote meeting. Here we will discuss your project details such as your needs, vision and budget. If both parties would like to proceed after discussion, we will coordinate an in-home consultation at your convenience to get better acquainted.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION
Partipilo Custom Decks offers a complimentary 30 minute in-home consultation. Our estimator will arrive at your home to review your project goals and existing space, budget range, take photos and measurements and answer any questions you may have.

MATERIAL SELECTION
During the in-home consultation, our estimator will bring samples and literature of different types of composite and PVC decking materials to help you narrow down your selection of materials. After your selection of materials are chosen, a Formal Proposal can be generated.

FORMAL PROPOSAL & DESIGN
Once you have chosen all the materials and finishes for your new deck or paver patio project, we will create a detailed Formal Proposal for all phases of construction. A Design Plan will also be created showing you floor plan drawings that allow you to visualize what the space will look like once the project is completed. The Formal Proposal & Design will be emailed to you.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
After you have signed your contract and given a deposit, we begin applying for permits and ordering your materials. Partipilo Custom Decks does not begin any work until all your materials have been ordered and delivered. This ensures you will have as little disruption as possible during the construction process. During this stage you will receive regular updates regarding your permit, material status and project's start date.

SCHEDULING
Because we pre-order all materials prior to construction, we can accurately determine a production schedule from beginning to end. From initial site preparation and demo to finish carpentry and cleanup, you can rest assured knowing your project will be handled correctly. Our clients will receive regular updates regarding your project's schedule and timeframe.

CONSTRUCTION
After all contracts are signed, materials are ordered and tradesmen are scheduled, we can now begin the construction process. Often times this is the easiest part of the entire deck building process. Weather permitting, our crews will be on your project from start to finish. We do not bounce back and forth from different jobsites leaving your job unattended for any period of time. Our company will handle all aspects of construction including all city inspections. After your final inspection is approved, you are ready to enjoy your new deck!
